What a hectic sched.
Im so tired and had no time for exercise. Its hard cozĀ i hardly had an enough sleep for the past week. You know i dont burn enough calories coz most of the time i do sedentary jobs, sitting on the computer all day long because all is rush and geeh a deadline. It gives me a headache.
Hey sweetie, glad to see you’re still active here. Don’t worry, I know excersice is very important, but so is what you eat.
I just came back from doctor office some hours ago, I have lost 4 kilos in only 1 month! I wasn’t exercising at all this last 2 weeks, I’m not saying it’s ok to keep skipping excercise, but if you do… don’t feel bad, you’re doing everything you can for a healthier life.
Just try to think on the next day, don’ think on the negative things, try to concentrate on tomorrow, on what you can do… rather than what you can’t =) stay positive!
